1. Our Objectives

A longstanding and collaborative relationship with Pittsburgh Technical College (PTC) involves hundreds of email marketing campaigns ranging from newsletters, campus updates, automated email campaigns, and much more. These emails have been sent to a variety of audiences including potential students, current students, alumni, employees, and PTC supporters.

These Lead Nurturing campaigns are intended to push actions like campus visits and applications. Both of these are crucial to the enrollment funnel at PTC. We are also measured by increased website visits coming from our email deployments as well as engagement.

2. Our Strategy

  • Monthly Lead Nurturing Campaigns to include personalized email sends for certain events and contain hyper-targeted emails based on email engagement data, or audiences we know we have to reach.
  • Ongoing Lead Nurturing Campaigns were built out and are revised each year based on data to improve student engagement.
  • Stellar creative is used in every email. We also design mobile-first, which is where PTC’s users consume their emails, media, and more.
  • PTC’s casual and direct brand voice is featured in the email messaging. Data points determine the audience and we craft specific messaging that speaks directly to that potential student.
